That’s enough to start.
I come in when the answer isn’t obvious - or when the usual way of doing things isn’t getting you anywhere.
Sometimes that means bringing the right people together. Sometimes it means asking different questions, designing a better way to engage, shaping an idea, strengthening a partnership or helping something stuck find momentum.

No two pieces of work look exactly the same. But here are some of the ways I might come in.

Work out what’s getting in the way of a project, partnership or initiative and help find a different way forward.

Design ways to genuinely involve communities, stakeholders or people whose voices aren’t always reaching the room.

Bring together people, organisations or perspectives that wouldn’t usually find each other - but probably should.

Turn good thinking into shared ownership, practical next steps and something people are ready to carry forward.

Different work calls for different tools. The point is knowing what to use, when.
